ECLIA AT 213 DAYS
I had sex with a prostitue on 15 November 2013. I tested after 7 days using PCR for HIV-1 it was negative.
i tested negative using ECLIA on laboratory in Dubai at 28 days, 43 days, 56 days, 73 days, 85 days, and 176 days.
i tested again in another lab in Dubai using ECLIA also at 213 days and found negative.
i know i should not worry about HIV anymore, but i can't specially with the enlarged lymph nodes in my neck which is there now for almost 3 months. also the groin pain with enlarged lymph node.
can i trust my HIV test results?
do ECLIA cover all types of HIV?
do i need to do any other test for special types?
