RNA Testing at 60 hours

Hi there,

I was the insertive partner during gay anal sex for about 60 seconds, without protection or proper lubrication with an anonymous partner.

After 60 hours, I visited my PCP who administered an ab test and an RNA Quantitative test (as well as test for other STI's)

All came back negative.

I'm wondering if there are specific percentages for the accuracy (particularly for RNA testing) at such an early point.

At the visit, I also started a round of PEP, as this fell into the high risk category.

Thank you so much for your time and service!

Thank so much for your response.

Antibody testing at 3 months post last taken PEP pill will be conclusive, correct?

My specific question was about RNA testing, which I am not as familiar with.
