Rash after mild fever

Hi!
20 days after exposure (I recieved and gived oral (with precum in my mouth) to man) I have pretty huge rash on my left arm and leg.
6 days after exposure I had sore throat. And 16 days after exposure I had a runny nose and fever (37,3C – 99F) for 3 days.
Now my temperature is 36,6C – 97,8F and a red huge rash on my left arm leg.
Does HIV rash stays and appears in new places when all other sympthoms are gone?
The man I had sex with says he tested before 4 months and he was negative.
I'm freaking out right now.

Hello, regarding HIV, oral sex is not considered a risky activity, there are no reports of people getting HIV by doing that you did. There is no need to worry or get tested for HIV if that event was your only risk.

You might be talking about ARS rash, it doesn't come and go, you could read more about that here:

Even if I got small cut on lip while doing oral?
And I havent had similar rash before.
Even in that case, small cuts or scratches aren't considered a viable entry point the virus.

However unprotected oral sex might be a risk for other STDs, you could ask in the respective forum if you wish.
