Rash as a symptom of HIV and ARS, how to know if it is?

Hello I’ll try to be as brief as possible. I had a partner for 5 years I always got tested in between and was negative. The last time I had sex with this partner was I believe April 18th of this year I got tested 6/23/18 and was negative for hiv. A few weeks after this I found out I had thyroid cancer and I have had bone and joint paint for months as well as chronic fatigue. I recently had a new partner have not dealt with the previous one since April... my new partner and I had sex at the end of September don’t remember the exact date we used a condom and he told me it stayed intact. A few days after sex with my new partner I had the worst vaginal pain I’ve ever experienced I went to the doctor and was told I had a yeast infection. It did not clear up and I went back a couple weeks later and told my doc we used condoms but I wanted her to test for chylmydia etc it came back for bacterial vaginosis no other infection I did not get tested for hiv at this time. She prescribed a new medicine I had never had called solosec which is suppose to be for bv. I took the medicine it did not work and since then I’ve developed a rash all over my body it’s itchy and it hurts and also oral thrush. I asked the new partner to get tested and he went to the clinic and got a rapid test done it was negative for hiv. The problem I’m having now is I believe the last time I had sex with my partner before was 4/18 but there is a chance it could have been May. My question is if that is the case should I be worried about hiv would it take 5-6 months for me to develop the ars rash/ oral thrush. I bought Benadryl and it hasnt done anything for the rash. I know the new partner has not been with anyone else in atleast 5 months and again we used a condom. I kee feeling hot but don’t have a fever as far as I know I’m really worried thoughts?

You never had a risk.  You tested negative at a time frame for a conclusive result with your first partner.  You used a condom effectively with your second partner.

Since you never had a risk, your symptoms can not be related to HIV. Also,  the nature of symptoms you describe are not in consistent with HIV.  HIV related rashes aren't itchy and painful.  They are maculopapular rash, which might looks like red bumps on a flat, red patch of skin.

I think you are okay.  You might want to see a doctor for your discomforts,  it is not related to HIV.  Good luck.

Thank you for replying what if I got the dates confused and it was may not April the last time for sexual encounter with the first time would your opinion change?
Your questions are endless, but your situation is straightforward.         If you now claim that you now don't know when you did it, then test and collect your negative result then move on.

I guess I just wondered if the ars rash would be painful and itchy? I just was concerned as this is within the window period for it. My new partner stated he hasn’t been with anyone else in a few months but u just never know so I thought I’d ask. Thank you for taking the time to respond

You should go see a dermatologist, which is a specialist that deals with skin problems, to treat your rash.

I'm not sure of your question since you're all over the place, but here is what i can tell you.  HIV is transmitted in adults by unprotected anal sex, unprotected vaginal sex and sharing needles used for drugs. if you wore condoms and they never broke  (you'd know if they did)  then you did not put yourself at risk.  as far as testing goes, a 4th gen duo test is conclusive at 4 weeks, others at 12 weeks. hope this helps.

If the condom failed it would rip down the seam and hang in tatters so that didn't happen. So you had zero risk from your latest partner.
A duo test has a 4 week window and any other has 3 months, so if you took a duo on June 23 then you are conclusively negative. otherwise you can take any test now for the answer. Symptoms prove nothing, so nothing is pointing towards you having HIV.
