Rash on face & neck after sex (protected), could it be HIV?

So around 20 days ago I had a sexual intercourse. We done everything protected with a latex condom (inc. Oral & Vaginal sex). Yesterday I began to notice a 'sandpapery' rash on the left hand side of my pace and a few spots on my neck as well. The rash itself is itchy if I touch it too much and has now turned into scabs. There are no other symptoms associated with it, such as  a flu or the kind. I'm extremely worried as having looked at the symptoms of Acute HIV, it states a rash is one of them. Please can someone give me some guidance?

You had protected sex. Protected sex is "protected". It protects you from HIV. No need to test. Your rashes are due to some other reason. If they persist, visit a physician. Rashes appear on our bodies all the time. I have rashes currently. Anxiety can cause them too. You don't even have to test for HIV. And stop googling for ARS symptoms. The more you google, the more you will be convinced that you are hiv positive. Move on with your life. All the best. :)
