Really scared, ex-girlfriend lied

So this past weekend I met up with my ex girlfriend again. We had unprotected sex for three nights in a row. In the time that we weren't together (appox. 2 months) I asked her if she had been with anyone. She told me all she did was make out with a guy. I believed her. This evening I found out that she actually had sex twice with this guy she was with and lied to me. Needless to say it ruined our relationship and the girl I loved for 5 years is gone. Its a rough time but I'll get through it. I got really scared and interrogated her about STD's. She told me that both times were protected and that she knew for a fact the guy was clean since he had just gotten out of a long monogynous relationship. I asked her to get tested and told me no because she knew she didn't have anything. Apparently she had the STD talk with this guy but since she lied to me I am just living my life in fear right now. I am only 21 and we are in college. She is the only person I have ever had sex with and I am so afraid of getting HIV. Can anyone give me some advise?

Never mind, I will get through this without making a big deal about it on the internet forums. Thanks anyway

Of course I did. And since we were together for so long I didn't think she would lie to me and that I had to worry about anything. She seems to not be worried at all so I guess I will be fine. I just don't know what my course of action should be. Is there any test that can prove to me that I am clean this early.
