Received Brief Head in the Pool Locker by a Guy who just finished his swim

Hello:
I have no STI's and am not otherwise sexually active. I am uncut guy, mid 30s. I recently received brief oral (about 10-12 seconds) from a hot guy in his 50s who just finished his swim/ shower and while I was going to the pool. I felt VERY scared we were going t get caught, so stopped this immediately. I then jumped in the pool after about 1 min of him stopping. I know I may get other STIs like HPV and Syphillis, but I am mainly concerned with HIV from this one episode. We chatted before he sucked me and I did not see any blood or sores anywhere. But I did not inspect his mouth like a dentist might.. He may have had a sore inside, I just know there was nothing on his lips that was visible. I read on the internet the risk is theoretical. What does that mean? Should I consider PEP? Its been 24 hours.  Worried Swimmer. Thanks.

The risks have not changed since you asked last year: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Performed-unprotected-Oral-on-guy/show/3036779

Zero people, to date, have been infected by receiving oral sex, and you will not be the first.  No doctor in their right mind would give you PEP for this no-risk event.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post Curfew X. I guess I should let it go, but for some reason I can not.  I have guilt and shame over the actions. The CDC website says oral is low risk, giving and receiving, which freaked me out. I guess the science is that if he were positive, his saliva would not be enough to infect me- doesn't matter if I am cut or not.
Guilt and shame do not cause or create disease. But they do cause excessive health anxiety which needs to be addressed by a professional therapist in order to overcome these irrational thoughts.
