HIV Architect 4th generation duo combo!! please help!

I had a 4th generation hiv duo combo done at 3 weeks from exposure and the nurse said that this test is 95 percent reliable by this time as she said it is conclusive at 4 weeks.Can anyone tell me if this test is this reliable by this time frame and i will get tested at 3 months as well but i just want to know if i can feel better from this test.
