Recommendation for Testing for unprotected Oral

I am looking at the CDC guidelines and the forums, do doctor recommend hiv testing after a single unprotected oral exposure. The exposure was back in july where I stupid provide a male unprotected oral. I am a male also, but he did not ejaculate in my mouth and perhaps there was little pre-cum.

I had the same worry, after oral, with ejaculation but got tested at 7 weeks, all clear.
The mind does sort of convince you though, great advice on here, and I will not go at 12 weeks, the test place said theoretically yes, but a hospital wouldn't  even prescribe pep after oral.

That CDC opinion is very conservative because it is theoretical. We rely on the opinion of expert doctors, and they say no one got HIV from oral in history because it can't live in air or in saliva. So you had no risk and don't have to test.

thank you. I wish all the opinion was consistent. By medical experts do you mean, dr hook and hansfield.
