Worried about exposure

I am I currently work in Germany, and had sexual relations with a transsexual prostitute from the internet. I licked her anus for a while and then used a condom to have anal intercourse. I could get to hard since I was nervous. After about 5 min I gave up and went back to licking her anus. She sat on my face grinding. I’m worried that I might have gotten HIV from the rough grinding. I start to think that maybe feces went into my mouth or from grind maybe my gums open up allowing it to Uber my blood or maybe I chaffed her with my teeth.  I never really do this an I’m married. About 5-6 days later I had a really bad sore throat. And shortly about a month after I have wet stool. The diarrhea lasted for for about 2 months and the doctor put me on medication. I also have had a numbing pain in my throat but it’s not sore for about a month. At 7,8,10 weeks I had a oraquick home test that all came back negative and 2 home blood test done at 9, and at 81 days that came back negative. I’ve had sex with my wife a few times since my encounter and she has not even showed one symptom in the last 4 1/2 months. Do you think I have HIV. I worry about getting tested at the clinic because I would lose my job.

Have you posted about this before here?  What you describe is not a risk for HIV.  HIV is transmitted for unprotected vaginal or anal sex or IV drug needles.  Feces in the mouth is gross but nothing related to HIV.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus. You had zero risk. You've had lots of testing now and really, never needed a single one.  Of course they are all negative because you had ZERO risk.  Stop testing.  You don't have HIV.

I never posted, I have read through the forums and finally got the courage to ask my question. I just feel so much anxiety from it that I just feel drained and sick to the stomach. I start to think just maybe blood got in my mouth or a small cut on my tongue I never noticed something. I questioned her about 2 months later and she got super offended. She went in about that she takes good care of herself and that I’m Germany they take sex work serious and that she would never put herself or the client in danger. She also said that you can’t get HIV from licking anus. She never spoke to me again.
If you read through our forums, then you see you are not alone with over the top anxiety and I'm sure you read what we uniformly say are the risks for acquiring HIV.  You didn't have one. So, you do not need to worry about HIV.  It's that simple.  You can not get HIV from licking an anus.  Period.
What if I gave a blow job for about 1 min. I have read other articles and forums that said it is possible to get HIV from oral sex just unlikely. Do you think my test are valid especially the oraquick. This is the last question I ask
We already answered what risks are.  We use the opinion of expert HIV doctors to guide the answers on this forum and the forum is moderated.  Our information is accurate.  In all the history of HIV, there is not a single proven documented case of HIV transmitting through a blow job. Doesn't happen.  You won't be the first.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( fingers, penis, precum, feces, maybe blood from cuts, etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you say "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
