Regret recent seual encounter. Worried about HIV and STDS.

Hello, this saturday night, my boyfriend, my best girl friend and went to a bar.
Me and my friend ended up having too much to drink and we all ended up in a hotel room and having a theesome ( if you could call it that ). I ended up performing oral sex on her and I also rubber my vulva againts hers briefly. My boyfriend did not touch her in any kind of way and only watched.

I have heard that these activities have a low risk of contracting HIV, but the thing is she was lightly bleeding from her period. I did my best not to lick around her vaginal opening but you never know...

Yesterday I came down with a sore throat ( there are also white puss balls on my tonsils )  and a cough and I am worried that my symptoms may have something to do with this sexual encounter.

Can anyone tell me about my risk for exposure?

You never had a risk at all because there was no unprotected penerative sex.2's company,3's a crowd.Stick to your boyfriend and always be safe in the future because there are other STD's out there aswell.

So, even though she was bleeding slightly from her period, there is little chance for HIV, correct?

I guess I have learned something from this.
Casual sexual encounters are not for nme ( not to say that this is the only way people contract HIV ).
