Rimming and anal fingering with precum. Am I at risk?

I am a hetrosexual guy, met a guy a week back. He gave me a blowjob and rimmed my anus and fingered my ass for some 2-4 minutes. While he fingered my ass he was constantly masturbating himself.

The possibility of his precum entering my ass freaks me out as he interchaged hands while fingering me with the hand that he used to mastrubate. I asked him, if there are any risks and he said he's clean and I don't have any idea of his HIV status.

I lost ny peace of mind and couldn't sleep at night. Pleasee ***** my condition and tell me if I'm at any risk, and do i need testing?

Additionally, i feel urge to poop atleaet twice a day, and no other symptoms. I'm scared like hell. Please doctors, please share your observations in this case.

Risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

There is no other activity that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV, including ANY of the events you mentioned.  Excessive bowel movements are a sign of anxiety, not HIV.

Thank you so much, you are a saviour.  Do I need testing ? If yes after how many days from the event ?
There is absolutely no reason to test for a disease you were never exposed to.  That's what "no risk" means.
You might as well test for male pregnancy since you don't have that either.
Reassuring. Thanks a lot. I'll better put this behind and moveon. Thanks again doctor.
