Risk Assessment - PEP warranted?

Good Afternoon,

Shaved. Few Minor cuts and razor burn/pimples on neck. Aftershave and warm shower after.
5 hours later at strip club.
Stripper private dance. Clothes on both persons. Stripper
1. Kissed (saliva) my neck severally (exposure)
2. Rubbed her vagina (vaginal fluid) and then touched my neck repeatedly with her hands (exposure).

Is this a situation that demands PEP?

Kindly advice urgently. This was 12 hours ago.

ZERO risk.  You certainly do not need nPEP, you don't need testing either.

Dear Madam,

If the lady managed, using her long fingernails, to scratch my abrasive skin and cause a minor bleed, and her hands were dirty with her vaginal fluid, could this be considered an exposure?

The lady is HiV +
