HIV affect CBC test?

I have done my cbc test, found low platelet count ( 116000). Is it symptoms of HIV infection. All other parameters are within normal range.

Your question was previously answered you had no risk.

You were never at risk for transmission. CBC test is not used for diagnosis of HIV infection. Tests that are specific to HIV are used for it.

Please see a therapist for your anxiety. HIV is not your concern.

Thanks  Mike,  But my question is that are there any changes in cbc of a hiv positive person.
You are not focusing on the fact that you were never at risk. Therefore, your question is irrelevant.

Please see your GP to find out what's causing your low blood count, HIV is not your concern.

I had protected sex with massage parlour woker, I used condom. But I very scared about HIV, to release anxiety and stress, I have made ELISA 21 days, CMIA Duo test after 4 week and 8 week, all test were negative, Is my test result is conclusive or repeat after 90 days?
