Risk assessment - brief encounter

After searching the internet I am looking for a concise risk assessment of my exposure.
I was on a business trip to a high incident rate country (~2%) a coulpe of weeks ago and after a few drinks with colleagues I arranged for the concierge at the hotel to bring me a girl. She was 24 (more likely a little older) and spoke good English.
We preformed unprotected oral sex on each other, which i believe to carry very low risk, it was quite vigorous oral sex but there were no obvious abrasions on my penis head.
Then when I was on top of her, before putting on a condom we were rubbing against each other (she lubricated her parts with saliva) and my penis head just slipped in and then straight out again, maximum of 1-2 seconds 2 times, by slipping in i do not  mean full penetration, similar to what you would call dipping. I then got up, we put on protection and finished the act.
2 weeks (day 13) since the incident I have developed hot flushes and reddening of the cheeks and a mild sore throat. This seems to come in cycles (i.e. hot flash for 10-15 minutes then normal for 30 or longer) along with feeling fatigued with slightly aching joints and a couple of mouth ulcers which I am sure were caused by biting my cheek.
At day 18 the sore throat is gone as are the mouth ulcers however i woke up during the night to a wet pillow from sweating and was cold at other parts of the night. i have been shivery and weak all day with no fever (36.8) my head feels hot to the touch and have just measured 37.8 on the thermometer. it appears my temperature is rising.
I will of course test at 6 weeks and 3 months, but just looking for some reassurance. On other forums they say they have never seen an insertive partner get HIV from a broken condom, would my 'dipping' experience with just the penis head be similar.

Hope you can help and thanks in advance as there is a lot of conflicting advice out there.

According to what is known your risk would be SO close to zero but not close enough to not test.
Get a 6 week test and follow it with a 12 week for 100% certainty. You'll be negative for sure.

it is highly unlikely that you contracted hiv form what you are describing.

relax and test at the appropriate time.

You can not do anything but test at the proper time. Hypothetical conversations would not lead you to any conclusion. Please try to keep calm

Hard not to think of them though,  I am not usually a feverish person so this concerns me

Please don't go by the symptoms. It could be due to a lot of factors. The only way to know your status is by testing. Try to keep calm and wait for the proper time to test

Further ars.
Yesterday afternoon my temp wa 38 and I felt run down but then it went away until bed time when I had diarrhoea followed by severe rigors for 1hr followed by some hours of intense sweating anf fever up to 39.8.
Today I have had nausea (vomited twice) and diarrhoea every 40-60 minutes.  I still have intermittent fever and chills for maybe 30 minutes each.
No sore throat or rash but I am aching,  particularly in my legs and lower back.

For a 100% conclusive result don't forget to confirm at 3 months with a simple hiv test.

I am sorry , I am aware of such statistics. I have to tell you though that there is a risk ( a low risk for a single brief penetration I believe) and you can test If you want to learn your status after the window period.

Thanks, I am aware of that, do you have any documented history of people becoming infected in a brief dipping episode?

Hello,
oral sex is not considered as a risk of hiv transmission. Now about the brief penetration a test is needed in order to be aware of your status. You can take an hiv duo test 4 weeks after your last exposure and confirm the result if negative 3 months after this exposure or  test directly at 3 months for a 100% conclusive result. Try to keep calm in the mean time
