Risk assessment for hiv anal

4ish weeks ago I had an encounter with a 20 year old, pre-op transsexual (MTF) escort. She had only been escorting for 2 months. Prior to our encounter, we discussed STI and HIV status. She stated that she had recently been tested and donated blood with no issue. We engaged in mutual oral, no condom, with no ejaculation, and condom protected anal sex (I was the insertive partner). We did use hand lotion for some lube. The condom did not fail or break and completely covered the head of my penis the entire time. What is my risk of catching HIV?

The only ways adults get HIV are from unprotected vaginal sex, unprotected anal sex and sharing of IV drug needles.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus so oral sex is not a risk and obviously, protected sex is safe sex.  You never risked HIV from this encounter and should relax and move on from HIV fear.

Zero for oral and zero for condom protected anal.
