Risk for HIV Transmission.......going to marry..worring so much

Dear,
I have 2 simple question... because of this i am very confused what to do .. as I am going to marry after two month... i cannot able to sought out this... please help me...

scene: after masturbating i was wiping my urethra(head of penis) and as doing that i realized that a fluid(semen\blood) which was on my hand came from touching doorknob- was also there and while wiping my head of penis  it was mixed with my semen over the head of penis. (no intercourse involves)

Question 1: is there any chance for me to be in a risk of HIV if that fluid semen\blood (SAY HIV INFECTED) which was mixed with my semen while wiping head of penis?-because there are so many places or forums where it is written there that from body open membrane(head of penis) u can get infected and this thing make me think about this......Also what is the potential for any HIV semen\blood to go inside from body membrane(head of penis in my case) and infect the person where no intercourse involves.
(in my scene no intercourse involves)........................................

Question 2: I got watery nose and sore throat also got some skin rashes on my chest after this, so i was wondering are these having any relation with hiv or not?

plz help me............u can help me for taking me a decision for my life..........marriage............

thanks in advance........................
