When a condom breaks and exposes the head of your penis, it is very obvious.  You would not need lights on to notice a condom break like that, because you would only have the ring of the condom on your penis, and the rest would be in tatters.

Only the head of your penis needs to be covered to prevent HIV transmission, so as long as the condom did not burst WIDE open, you had no risk for HIV.

Thank you CurfewX yes the condom was there on the penis and so no test required on this one
Correct.  No risk. No test.
Thank you so much I’ll move on
I an very sorry i had one question suppose if always use protection and there is no condom failure i don’t have to worry about it but suppose if i have any kind of sore on my penis head and I finger the vagina and with the same hand i masturbate do i have to worry about hiv as i have a sore on my penis might be syphilis will this warrants a test?
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

If you do not do any of the activities in 1) and 2), you will NEVER have a risk for HIV.
Thank you so much for this lovely forum
If you have a syphilis sore, you should be more concerned about giving syphilis to other people.  DO NOT engage in sexual activity until you see a doctor about the sore.  It is irresponsible.
