Risk from encounter with Trans CSW

Last night I had an encounter with a Trans CSW here in the Middle East. We used protection for receptive and insertive anal sex. We also had unprotected oral sex without ejaculation. My only concern is that when she finished she withdrew from me and ejaculated on my back once she removed the condom. I insisted on the use of protection, and she assured me that she was clean.

1) should I consider being tested coming up?

2) also am I at considerable risk for other STD's/STI's?

Thank you

If the whole act of penetration, both ways, were condom protected, then you dont have any reason to fear about hiv. Protected sex is safe sex. The ejaculation on your back and oral sex also carries no risk of hiv infection.

Having said that, unprotected oral does carry risk of other STDs, you might want to have a panel done for that. Please post in the STD forum for advice on those.

Yes, HIV can't burrow into your skin like a worm, plus it is inactivated in air immediately anyway.
