Risk of HIV? genital rubbing with preejaculate

Hello, I'm very concerned about a possible exposure. My bf and I were rubbing our genitals for 1-2 mins and he had lots of preejaculate liquid and i had secretions. His tip touched my vagina inside the outer labia but he did not penetrate. Then he gave me oral for some seconds and he also did masturbate me. After that we rubbed again our genitals without penetration but his tip touched my vagina a lot and there was his pre ejaculation liquid. He did not press or else. I am very scared to get HIV through rubbing. Should i get tested in 3 weeks? Thanks in advance

Let's start with exactly how people get HIV.  It's very specific.  The way that people get HIV is having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  Genital rubbing, genital to genital rubbing will NOT expose you to getting HIV.  In all of the years they have been monitoring and studying HIV, there is not a single documented case of it occurring this way. Even his touching his penis tip to your vagina is not a risk.  Air exposure is involved and you would not get HIV this way.  Absolutely zero risk and you do Not need to test.

Hello and thank you for your answer. My big concern is due to the fact that he had lots of preejaculate and i found lots of disagreeing info about rubbing genitals (inside labia, next to opening of vagina but not inside, in my case) and about preejaculation liquid carrying or not HIV.
I am losing sleep about this, so your answer gave me a bit of relief.
Thanks again.
This is a Moderated forum which means that our answers agree with that of HIV experts.  That's all I can tell you (and it should be enough) and you had ZERO risk.

Not only is this NO risk, but you also need to understand that a one time exposure of full unprotected sex only  has a transmission rate of less than 2 percent IF the other person has HIV.  If they don't have HIV, it's zero.  Think your boyfriend has HIV?  Doubt it.  I have to say you sound like you may have a touch (or a lot) of anxiety in which case, I'd work on that so that you can have a normal sex life without constant worry.
Yes, I am indeed a very anxious person. Thanks again for your precious answer.
If you 2 are planning to have penetrating sex you should each test beforehand though.
