Risk of HIV infection by fellatio

Hello

I'm 34, male, bisexual at the very first experience with a man (and of sure, last). Yesterday I practiced a fellatio on a male 18 y.o. partner (I don't know if he is sieropositive or not). The fellatio was very fast and without ejaculation, but I'm not totally sure of the absence of pre cum. I have not any sore nor infections on my tongue nor on my mouth. Anyway he doesn't cum on my mouth. I'm terribly worried about the risk of contagion of HIV. It is possible or I should be tranquor your help.ilized? Thanks for your help.

In adults, HIV is transmitted by:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You are not at risk for HIV, even if you had any cuts or scrapes.   Oral sex can be a risk for other STDs.  If you have questions about those, please visit the STD forum: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs---STIs/show/98
