Risk of HIV infection with a cut from shaving

Hi,

I've had a small cut on my penis while shaving. After that (about 5 hours) I've had anal sex with sex worker. The cut was at the base of the penis, so it wasn't covered by condom. Should I be worried?

Thanks.

Some of the curable STD's and Herpes may possibly be transmitted through oral sex, but NOT the HIV. You may get the STD panel test run

Thank you. I imagine it doesn't apply to all the other STDs, right? Or am I just winding myself up?

No, this small cut does not put you at HIV risk, even if some vaginal fluids touched it, because HIV transmission always takes place inside the body, not outside
