Risk of HIV - sec with female (I am male) sex worker

I had oral sex and vaginal sec (she on top) with a condom 4 days ago. I do not think conform broke. I also have cracked skin on my hands

2 days ago (with in 2 days of exposure) I have Bad diarrhea , body ache and fever. I did a vivid test and it is negative. I am now very worried about HIV. What is my risk for HIV from this episode and when should I get a test.

This would not be a risk. Oral sex is never a risk as air and saliva are present. Condom sex is also not a risk. And cracked skins on the hands if you touched or fingered her would also not be a risk. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. The only risks are unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Symptoms are never used to diagnose hiv and you do not need to test with NO risk.
