Risk of HIV via dry humping (penetration)

Hello,

Just wanted a quick clarification regarding "dry humping", which I understand online refers to "stimulation with clothing fabric on".

It claims that the risk of HIV transmission is negligible as the virus typically cannot pass through fabric, as long as both (or even one) partners are still clothed.

However, what if during the process of dry humping, while wearing my boxer shorts (assuming it's large sized) had somewhat penetrated into the female (unclothed)? It would be like intercourse except the "barrier" is not a latex condom. Will the risk of HIV transmission still remain as negligible?

No, this is doubtful and would not consider it a risk.  Sex through your drawers doesn't happen.  The only way that adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Dry humping with boxers on is not going to lead to HIV.

If you penetrate there is risk.cloth is not latex.so you should first get to terms withwhat exactly happened...see if you do outer course its no risk..but if your dick penetrated its a risk.but a very low risk.
