Risk of HIV
I had unprotected sexual activity with CSW in Thailand. The activity was grinding but there was a slight penetration for 1 second at most. In addition, I had 4th generation and NAAT tests at 21 and 28 days, and all the tests came back to be negative. My questions are:
1. Do I have any risk of HIV?
2. Can I put my mind at rest after these results?

It has been 5 weeks after the incident. I’m having a sore throat and joints pain around the knee area. Does this mean that have to hiv ars? If not, do you know any sti that causes these symptoms?

You tested conclusively negative. I have no idea what is causing your symptoms, but they are not related to HIV as your test is negative, and final.
Why some experts consider 6 weeks as conclusive for DUO?
