Both tested negative but paranoia stays, what can I do?

Cause I have fear of HIV, I went with my boyfriend to test, we both came negative, afterwards we engage in unprotected vaginal and oral sex without ejaculation for both types of sex. He had some non itchy rash on his back, and my mind see that it's due to HIV. I can't stop thinking about that, and million 'what if' question in my head. I don't know how to move on. How risky was it? It's first time that I had unprotected vaginal sex with someone, and I thought that if we go together to test that it will ease my anxiety.

If he tested negative with a 4th or 5th generation test (Ag/Ab test) at least 30 days after his last unprotected encounter, he is HIV-negative.

If paranoia remains, we suggest seeing a counselor.

We started dating two months before testing, not having sex till both tested negative. And he broke up with his previous girlfriend 3 months before we started dating. He swears that he wasn't seeing others while we've been together, but I just can't stop thinking about every possible scenario.
The problem is anxiety, not HIV.  We can't tell you if he is faithful or not, but if he is, he doesn't have HIV per his conclusive test.

The rest, you will need to sort out with a counselor as this is a forum for medical questions about HIV.  We can't provide anxiety support services here.

I forgot to write, he is not IV drug user, and doesn't have sex with man, neither ever had. He had few long term relationship, so does he say.
