Risk of getting HIV while using a condom during vaginal intercourse?

I have read a lot of studies suggesting the condom effectiveness is on average only 80% effective on preventing the spread of HIV. This takes into account inconsistent and incorrect use. It also doesn't account for increased risk factors such as having HPV or Herpes already which can increase your risk. I want to know what the reasonable risk of my contracting HIV would be under the specific circumstances ive outlined below. the reason im concerned about new infections is because my partner and I are not monogamous and it is possible he could get it from another girl and have sex with me again when his viral load would be at his highest. we do get tested regularly.

I would like to know the risk for the following scenario.

Condom protected vaginal sex with ejaculation into the condom.

condom is used correctly and consistently and is not handled in a way that would cause it to tear or be weakened.

Female partner (me) does not have any STD's that could increase her risk of getting HIV in the event of an exposure.

I realize this information may be overkill. But as we are not monogamous I want to know for sure that I will be protected under these circumstances and the statistics i'm finding online aren't very specific. if there is still some risk associated with this circumstance would it be further reduced if I did not allow him to ejaculate inside me while wearing a condom.

Wrong information.  Condoms protect against HIV VERY effectively unless they break so your statistic is misleading.  If a condom is intact, and you always know when it isn't because it is a catastrophic event when they break (pin holes are myth), there is zero risk for HIV. Only the head of the penis needs to be protected.

This information is definitely overkill and not helpful.  If you use a condom during anal or vaginal sex or don't share IV drug needles, you will not get HIV.  And a condom breakage one time leads to a very small 1% chance of transmission.  Let's keep it real here.  Not a risk when you use condom.
