Risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.
Nothing else that you can think of, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV. There is no "what if" that you can add to this scenario that would make it a risk for HIV.
Normal cuts and scrapes, like the ones you might get at a barber shop, are NOT sufficient to provide entry for the HIV virus. Unless you were both at the hospital because the wounds were so bad that you both needed medical attention, you had ZERO RISK for HIV.
No risk = no test. You do NOT have HIV.
