Sorry about my anxious.
I have my hair cut in a small salon near my home. When the barber are doing his work, he cut his finger and i see this wound is bleeding, unluckily, he cut my head and there an open wound in my head bleeding. So what is the risk of hiv in my case. Can i get hiv from this action. Many thanks.

Risks for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

Nothing else that you can think of, including the event you described, is a risk for HIV.  There is no "what if" that you can add to this scenario that would make it a risk for HIV.

Normal cuts and scrapes, like the ones you might get at a barber shop, are NOT sufficient to provide entry for the HIV virus.  Unless you were both at the hospital because the wounds were so bad that you both needed medical attention, you had ZERO RISK for HIV.

So you mean that i still safe if the fresh blood of the barber contact with the blood in my haead
Yes, that is exactly what I mean.  You cannot get HIV from common cuts like this.
thank you, do i need testing because today after 2 weeks I have a fever of more than 38 degrees C, very sore throat, headache, fatigue and a stinging mouth, so I feel very worried
People cough on your lips and door knobs so fever and sore throat are to be expected at any time. Stop trying to be a doctor with no medical background and move on from this silly hiv science fiction theory that you are so fixated on. Do you realize how many people get cut in hair salons etc every day?
thanks for your help, so the really risk of hiv just is having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or sharing intravenous needles, and any else is not.

No risk = no test.  You do NOT have HIV.
