Risk of hiv through disposable underwear at a massage parlor

Hi, i went to a massage parlor and got a b2b massage, i was wearing a disposable underwear and she was completly naked. At first a precum came out of me from beining arrused and i could feel it cause it went through the undrlerweat and then She started rubbing her vagina on my penis ( i still had my disposable underwear on ) for few seconds when i asked her to move away and masterbated until i came. I then checked her vagina and didn't notice any vagina fluids coming from her but i am not sure if during the rubbing she did discharge any although when i touched the underwear after i asked her to move aside i felt no wetness on them. Also please not that she was kissing me on my lips only no deep kissing and she tried to slide her tongue inside my mouth but i didnt interact with her and moved her away but her tongue did touch my lips. Please note that 2 weeks ago i also had a massage with the same woman but that time she was wearing her underwear and i was naked and i noticed that she had the menstrual towel under her underwear not sure if she had her periods or not and i was rubbing my naked penis on her underwear and then she asked me to but my penis between her thighs and ejaculate which i did and i came between her thighs. In both incedents there has been no penitration or handjob or oral sex what so ever. My question is in both incidents am i at risk of getting infected with hiv through these actions? Appreciating your kind help and apologize for some of the wards used but i wanted to be as specific as possoble. I will appreciate your kind responce as i am worried and need some peace of mind.

HIV never transmits through objects like clothes, tissue papers, toilet seats etc. The only thing that can cause HIV transmission is, sharing syringe in drugs.

Otherwise, the sexual route of HIV transmission remains unprotected vaginal and / or sex.

Thank you for your kind responce, last quiry.
so basically what i understood is if the woman was hiv+ and her vagina fluids somehow came in contact with my disposable underwear it doesn't pose a risk of hiv transmission right? And Is it true that once the virus is outside the host ( the woman vagine ) it dies cause it got in contact with the air? And what about the kissing part where she tried to force her tongue in my mouth and i felt her tongue touching my teeth, does this oppose any risk?
The sexual route of HIV transmission remains unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal sex. Nothing else including kissing.
Thank you for your kind reply, my consern is more about possible vagina fluids passing to my penis through the desposible underwear as it is not a thick fabric. Sorry that i am still asking but i have read on this site that if vaginal fluids come in contact with the penis opening it might be a risk of hiv transmittion. Could u just give me a detailed reply with regards to this. I promise no more postes with this regards after i obtain your answer. Thanks once again for your help and support.
There really aren't any details to give, except that that's just NOT how HIV is transmitted.  Someone could ask why Lyme disease is transmitted by ticks, but not by spiders, and the only answer is, it just isn't transmitted that way.

In the same way, fluids, once outside of the body, are not able to infect another person.  I'm not going to defend what another person said, but that isn't what experts in the field say.  You need to forget about this event and move on, and if it makes you so anxious, avoid this activity  in the future.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Knowing these 3 are all you need to know to protect yourself against HIV. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make your encounter a risk for HIV. No one got HIV from the situation you encountered in 40 years and likely no one will in the next 40 of your life, so there in no more likelihood of HIV transmission happening than of you getting hit by a meteor as you read this.
Thank you all for you kind help and support.
