Risks of STD from facesitting

Hi guys,
I really need your help here, I had  facesitting session with a sex worker, she is 35 years old and has a son who is 17, I asked her if she get tested for STD , and she said yes every 6 months.
our session started with kissing and sometimes were using tongue. after that she sat on my face and  her genitals were touching my face with no barrier. at the end she gave me protected blowjob for 5mins and I ejaculated on her hands.

1) I just wanna to know is there something that I need to worry about from the exposure ? Do I need to get tested or not?
2) Can STD's including HIV be transmitted by oral sex?

Looking forward for a respond

Hi,
There is no risk of hiv transmission for this incident.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care

I was wondering whether there is any difference if she sat on the buttocks. I mean there are nostrils on face and there is anus hole at the buttocks. There are holes that her liquid could enter into.
