Risky receptive anal sex in Mexico

Hello-
Yes I know of all places yes this was bad judgement risky sex.
I was in an alcohol drug induced setting.
I am a male and was with what I thought was a female turned out later to have a small penis.
After foreplay I don't remember much except for a second i remember me receiving anal.
Here's the question that's causing my anxiety and yes I just got tested but do not know how I can wait two weeks.
I woke up maybe 20 min maybe 1 hr later by myself in a bed and felt and pulled a condom out of my anus by the ring which was on the exterior.  It was about an inch in there and I don't recall it being damaged when it came. And don't know if there was cum inside. But is this considered low risk? Even if the condom was marinating in there for so long but the ring was outside. Even if I'm negative I'm still gonna have some mental trauma. Butnifnim positive that would be a one time exposure infection. The only confirmation is that a condom was used.

Your partner lost the condom on withdraw. Stay off the booze when having sex.

I woke up a condom hanging out my anus. Is this considered protected sex still?

Even if and what if questions are not discussed, facts is what is discussed. Ask your questions based on facts.
