Scared after protected sex

Hi,

Seven days back, I twice had protected vaginal sex with low grade sex worker. I believe, both the time condom was properly used, we neither kissed nor oral sex taken place. I am worried about whether it can result in transmitting HIV. On my request, sex worker got tested for HIV and she was non reactive under CMIA method. My physician told me that despite sex worker's result is non reactive, she can transmit HIV if she is in window period and the same is not visible under CMIA till 90 days. Doctor also told that if any vaginal fluid lying on condom may touch penis which can transmit HIV. I am worried that, despite using condom and having non reactive result for sex worker, is it possible to transmit HIV. Pls help and guide what should I do.

You had no risk and a test would be a waste of time. You can't get HIV when you used a condom. I don't know what a "low grade" sex worker is, but you have a low grade doctor and should get another in future.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your  encounters are a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your  encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from  what you did so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.

Thanks for your reply, it has given me immense satisfaction. Meantime I had submitted sample for DNA PCR test and the same turned negative. Still I am having HIV phobia. Please help me in getting over HIV phobia and also request you to comment on conclusiveness of DNA PCR test at 7 days. Thanks
As you were already advised by AnxiousNoMore that your risk never existed. Therefore, there was no need for any test since it was not required.
You need to see a therapist if you can't get over this. Your problem is not disease it is fear of disease which makes no sense to keep fixating on.
