Scared as Hell Please Please help

hello, I performed UNPROTECTED vaginal oral sex and had PROTECTED vaginal sex, A week later i developed white tongue and sore throat, by the second week i develop this weird rash on both arms at the third week i started to feel the lymph node in my armpits swelling which has since spread to my neck and groin area, fearing for my life i began to questioned the female about her sexual health especially HIV and she informed me that she was clean, and only had one relationship for last 8 months, she had unprotected sex with this guy, 2 weeks and 4  days before me. hence the testing nightmare began...

i tested at week 4 and 5, 3rd generation test and week 6,7 and 8 4th generation results where negative

from her last risk: she tested at 4 weeks using 3rd generation test and week 7 and 10 using 4th generations her results was negative

At week 7 i did full std panel and tested positive for syphilis, genitals herpes and gonorrhea and was given medication...the nerd infected me

I'm still having a lot of symptoms swollen lymph nodes in armpits and neck, loose stool, sore throat, dry white tongue and night sweats

my questions are; will having those stds delay seroconversion, can i use my 8 weeks negative and her 10 weeks negative to rule out HIV and is oral sex a risk for HIV...i just wanna move on

Dude in my country they give you a date and you see the doctor only the rich have the luxury of calling these motherf**kers I'm not even guaranteed of seeing the same person on my next appointment and all of them have mix views about HIV all of them, you guys are my only comfort until this is all over and I know you people have little energy for low risk\no risk encounters, but my next appointment is in 3 weeks and the anxiety and stress killing me, so please just hear me out and drop some of that scientific knowledge on a brother let's say due to poor oral health, what are the chances of my 8 weeks and my female friend 10 weeks 2 days negative turning positive at 12\13 weeks, they wanna test me up to a year I had no medical issues before this encounters so I know I'm not one of those later seroconversion people 84 days is sufficient for me to move on from all of this symptoms or not 3 months and I'm good can you kindly explain why hiv is none risk via oral sex

Rashes are a common allergic reaction to medications and you're supposed to contact your doctor to report the allergic reaction to your doctor for further instructions.

You had NO RISK of HIV so that's not the problem here. Continue speaking to your doctor about your problems because they are NOT related to HIV.

I'll just like to say thank you for this website and your response it was truly informative the HIV consultants in my country seriously don't have a clue about HIV risk, HIV testing and how HIV operates as a virus and their mishandling of these information can seriously scare the jeepers out of someone, i wont go into details because its just that sickening to talk about but after reading many threads on this site, i'm comfortable with my results and my risk assessment, i'll try my best to move on so i can avoid repeatedly asking the same question, again RubyWitch, Teak, Dr.HHH and Nursegirl, you guys are superstars in this business and I'm truly grateful for your levels of expertise, You Rock!!! and God bless

Sorry for the follow up question Im so scared right now trying to pull myself together I went by the doctors they give me a drug call APO Valtrex to combat the herpes and I don't know if it's side effects but I'm breaking out in red skin rashes on my upper arms it's freaking me out they also told me that my body may be taking long to produce HIV antibodies due to multiple infections so my HIV test are invalid and I have to come back in a month for final HIV test next month is my birthday this is scaring the hell out me I don't know what to do anymore I'm losing weight I have recurring sore throat my tongue is whiter than ever and the lymph nodes arent going anywhere also they said my syphilis might be in second stage due to the fact that HIV my be speeding up the process I don't know what to do the black rashes on my arms looks disgusting it's been two weeks since I was treated for syphilis but I'm not seeing any improvements
I agree with everyone's risk assessment but want to reply to the Drs comment about not producing antibodies due to the other STDs you're experiencing.
"IF" that was true, you had a fourth generation test that also looks for p24 antigen that is produced prior to the production of antibodies and goes away proportionally as antibodies increase. Your 4th generation test would have detected the antigen if nothing else.
Hiv is not your problem.
Final question the female agree to take a test at 12 weeks\ 88 days if she's is negative is those results conclusive even if she have 3 stds?????

You had protected vaginal sex. NO RISK      NO NEED TO TEST

Oral sex IS a risk for other STD's. You did a full STD panel and are being treated. There is no cure for herpes, however, there are medicines that can prevent or shorten outbreaks. One of these herpes medicines can be taken daily, and makes it less likely that you will pass the infection on to your sex partner(s) You will need to educate yourself about genital herpes, so make sure you speak to your doctor or counselor at an HIV clinic.

There is nothing further you need to do except to make this woman aware that she is infected and needs to test so she can get appropriate treatment.

You DO NOT have HIV so you can definitely move on.
