Scared to death of my risk?

Nervous as heck! Not to sound racist but I read that African Americans contract hiv easier or some sort ? I forgot the information but I am a gay male and kissed an African gay male. I had cuts around my mouth, as well as inside. I had a chapped split lip which was actively bleeding while we were kissing. None of his saliva got on mine due to is not deep kissing but we kissed lip to lip and my lips were wet after the 7th kiss. What if he had a cut and was bleeding and his hiv infected blood went into my cut ?

Kissing is not a risk for HIV even with chapped lips. In an adult, the only risks for HIV are unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing drug needles with infected users. And since you did not have a risk, obviously that means there's no reason to test. In the history of HIV, no one has ever gotten HIV from kissing and you won't be the first.
