Hi, i have never had sex with anyone in my 23 years of life and I do not do drugs in any kind.
But I am concern recently about HIV
I have had many blood withdrawal in the last 6 months for check ups and the last one was like 8 weeks ago, i always see The nurses remove the plastic cover from the needle does this means it’s new?
Can this plastic cover come back to the needle after using?
I developed maltuple symptoms like ulcer or blister around the Anus and small one in the penis also soles feet rash so that’s got me concern does this sound like ARS? Specially after 6-8 weeks after the last blood withdrawal?
Do you think I should test?
I really need advice

Hello again l, I’m really sorry that’s I have come back again. Im not trying to waste your time I know you all are volunteers and I appreciate it. I felt so much better because your help and I have deleted all the irrational thinking and relived the anxiety. Until recently I have weird symptoms and everytime I search about it I found out that’s hiv is one of the causes, it’s freaking me out.
I always remind myself that’s I never had sex or injected drugs but I look at my symptoms and gets scared of the idea that’s it’s might hiv caused it.
Like hair loss or shading, persist hand and feet numbness and tangling like pins and needles specially in the fingers also sore throat when I wakes up and the anal thing. It’s been 2 months since my last blood draw.
Does my symptoms changes your assessment that’s I’m not at risk from blood draw?
Do you recommend that’s I ignore these symptoms and future ones as indicator of hiv?
Can I move on? I really miss my happy life and want to focus on my studies.

You were already informed what the risks are. They haven't changed. Your symptoms are not unique to hiv and HIV is NEVER diagnosed by symptoms. Risk assessment and tests are what doctors care about. Your risk was ZERO.  No reason to test.  We can't keep reassuring you so hopefully you will get some help with your anxiety so you really can move on.
The first step to peace is to stop googling hiv symptoms cold turkey and the second is to stop looking at your body cold turkey for "hiv symptoms". It is not surprising that you continue to be anxious, since you keep looking on the internet and at your body for things that frighten you, so until you stop you will continue to keep scaring yourself.

The experts already answered your questions and concerns on HIV so I won’t speak on that. You probably want to get your anal sores checked with a swab test so see and make sure it’s not genital herpes or HPV. Just get that checked out.

I'm sorry you are so worried. You do  not need to be. The only risks for acquiring HIV are having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Blood draws are different.  That's not injecting.  It uses a different kind of needle.  You will not get HIV from a blood draw.  Sincerely, no risk.

Thank you so much sir, that’s was so much relief. so you do not recommend testing even with my symptoms cause that’s what scared me the most. yesterday I have notice anal abscess and I still have foot rash in the soles and a 2 weeks ago I have had sore in the penis that’s disappeared after 2 Days.

No, you do not need to test. If you are finding yourself really revved up with anxiety about this, then talk to your doctor.  Anxiety tricks our mind and makes us think things that aren't realistic could happen.  And it makes everything we feel in our body seem amplilfied and then we relate it back to the health thing we are worried about.  It's a vicious cycle.   But anxiety is treatable.
I promised myself to do so. And just for my knowledge if i am allowed :
1- butterfly needle can’t be used second time because it’s wont work due to clotting or something. And offcourse no health care provided will do so.
2- If there is plastic cover in the needle it’s mean it’s new and never been used and once it’s removed its never gets back.
3- it’s blood withdrawal not injection even if it’s reused (which is not possible)
4- The patient before me it’s not likely to have anything.
5- the virus will die when exposed to air.
6- i never inject drugs or had sex so I’m safe.
I always remind myself of these things to calm my self down.
But again the (blister or ulcer or sore) near the Anus got me worried to death. It’s just one and painful when I set down.
Yes, all of those things are accurate.  Keep reminding yourself of 1 through 6 as true statements.  If you still continue to circle in anxiety loops, talk to your doctor.  Some countries have better mental health care than others but suffering anxiety is a universal problem.  A human problem.  You aren't alone with that.  Look at what kinds of things are offered in your area.  Psychotherapy can be really helpful and some people take medicine for it too.  good luck  Oh, and the blister or sore may be a hemorrhoid. If you strain with bowel movements, those can happen.  Preperation H would be good to try or it's equivalent where you are at.
