Sex and hand job inquiries

I had a vagina sex, unprotected oral sex with a prostitute by solicitation. We took a shower together, then she oral sexed me, then I wash my penis, then wore a condom had a vagina sex, then she took off the condom then handjobed me until cum. Now I am anxious.

My questions are:
1, Am I at risks?
2, the handjob happened directly after she took off my condom, would her vagina fluids left on the root of my penis (I am not sure whether there were any left on the hairs) be a risk of infection?
3, should I take the tests or blocker medicine? It happened last Saturday.

You cannot get HIV from a handjob. You had a condom on while you had vaginal sex. So, you are not at risk for HIV.

You had NO risk.  HIV is transmitted in known and exact ways.  HIV only transmits from having Unprotected VAGINAL sex or Unprotected anal sex or sharing IV drug needles.  Air and saliva inactive the virus.  NOTHING you did was a risk.  You need no tests or follow up.  Hand job is not a risk ever.  vaginal fluid on 'root' of your penis is not a risk.  This was not a risk.

Thank you so much my friend. So concerning the fluid, even the fluid has virus, it got inactive when it exposed in the air, that's why we concluded it was not a risk, is that correct?
