oral sex with a Travesty
So, last Sunday I received oral sex from a TV, I was drunk and confident that HIV/std's wouldn't be a problem. She was there for about 20 minutes and some deepthroat was involved. Now I am scared as hell and cannot even sleep. I went to the doctor on Tuesday and she recommended STD's(HIV included) test after 6 weeks. My questions are:
1) I am not circumcised and after receiving the BJ I cleaned myself with baby wipes and then fell asleep. The risk of getting HIV is bigger because I didn't wash myself vigorously with soap and water?
2)What about having saliva and maybe some blood inside the foreskin for like hours?
3)What if she's with a high viral load(because of the presence of blood due gum bleeding or whatever) still no risk?
4) After 20 minutes I'm quite sure some kind of micro wounds happened in my penis, isn't this a entrance for the virus?
5) and finally, the mix of all these factors. 8+ hours with a mix of saliva and maybe high viral load from blood,uncircumcised, micro wounds in penis and not cleaning profusely?

Sounds like your doctor was either trying to appease you and get you to leave the office or is uneducated if they told you to get tested for HIV because of oral sex. Oral sex does not result in HIV. Only penetrating, unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Air and saliva render the virus inactive. You had zero risk.
Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air ( someone's penis which is not a risk for hiv.) No worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
Since oral is zero risk, the answer to all of your questions is you do not have hiv, so you need to move on.
