Hi , i live in UK, i fingered a girls vagina and forgot washing my handy, later i touched my phone and clothes with same hand and used it for normal activities for an hour before washing hands, I did not sanitize my phone, am i at risk of HIV?
No risk.
No. The skin is impermeable to hiv.
