Sex with shemale fear of hiv

Hey so I have anal sex both ways and blowjob both ways with a shemale sex worker. Everything with a condom, new one for oral and new one for anal. She put a finger up my ass to lubricate me. I also touched her balls with my tongue once. I am afraid if I can get hiv from that.

I also just noticed I have a red area under my armpit. Red and little dry. Is it the hiv related rash? So soon? What could it be? Should I go to the doctor? I am in a different country now. And I don’t know the local language.

Redness turns out to be result of my dry skin that I turn out to scratch a lot when sleeping and it turns out I had such thing on my neck a few days prior so I guess it’s unrelated :p But still I’d love to hear your opinion bout the main question

Using condoms prevents the spread of HIV. You had no risk.

1.Unprotected vaginal/anal sex
2. Mother to child transmission(rare nowadays though due to advent of PMCT drugs)
3. Sharing contaminated needles or syringes

If you had no exposure to above move on buddy. You had no HIV risk. Zilch. Enjoy life.

As the others have stated, protected vaginal or anal sex is not a risk for acquiring HIV.  Only unprotected vaginal or anal or sharing IV drug needles.  Oral sex is never a risk.  So, you are all good and have no reason to worry or test.  You didn't have a risk at all.
