Blood inside condom

Hi everyone. Thanks for your reading. I'd like to some help.
Tonight I brought a woman back to my hotel from a strip club in Thailand. we had no oral sex but had protective sex (using condoms). I later found blood on the condom because she was on her period.
Because condoms are large in size,I could see very visible blood on the surface of the condom. That's not what I'm worried about。       I found blood inside the condom (on my penis) I think it's because the condom is so big, and during sex the menstrual blood comes through the cracks and into the condom. Does this amount to unprotected sex?
All I know about her is that she was 20 years old, had a blood test for HIV(anti) 1 week ago and had just worked in club for 4 days. What is optimistic is that she may will take the blood test with me (at my expense).
I'm really scared that condoms have menstrual blood inside.

My question is.  If she has HIV. And her menstrual blood inside/enters my condom, I can find the color of blood when I wipe my penis with a tissue at that time . so am I at risk?should I need a pep.

I am very worried and looking forward to your reply
Best wishes

The risks for HIV have not changed since the last time you asked a question.

Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No matter what else you can think of, including the event you described, it will NOT be a risk for HIV.  Forget about this event and move on.  You had zero risk and you do not need a test.

Thanks a lot. I’m sorry to ask one last question. She was menstruating,so my oral contact with her blood(I has oral sex for her). Is there a risk if I have a wound/blood in my oral or throat?
You are just repeating the same question.  The two risks I listed above will not change.  There is NO question you could ask about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.
I'm sorry my English is poor,Do you mean oral sex for menstruation lady is no risk or low risk ? Do I need to test or PEP?
You have been advised that it is zero risk for HIV.  No risk.  Therefore, there is no need for a test and you definitely do not need PEP since you had no risk.  There is nothing more for our members to say.
