Should I get Pep after minimal exposure

I had protected sex with a man who I have  been with several times. This time the condom slipped off and was stuck inside me. When I took the condom out of me there was no ejaculation in it and he told me he had not ejaculated.  He says he was tested a few months ago and I have been his only partner.  Should I get PEP?

As you had an exposure, even if it was brief, and you know the other person, it would be interesting if that person could test and tell you the result. If he uses a 4rd generation test, you both would have accurate info about his status and then you could decide. PEP would be applicable if you were still in the 72 hours after the exposure.
