There seems to be no risk from what you have described here today.
You used a condom and that ensured your safety, being infected with HSV-2 can certainly increase the odds of HIV transmission. However, the condition is, if you are engaging in an "unprotected" anal or vaginal intercourse. On the contrary to what being said above, you weren't unprotected, therefore there is no risk.
If you are worried about infected blood somehow establishing contact with the lesions or broken skin, it will still not be a risk as HIV is fragile and it is difficult to be transmitted outside of it's host, basically, the exposure to the outside environment would render the fluid uninfectious. No risk.
Testing is not recommended.
