Should I worry about second window period for 4th elisa?

Hello dear doctors
Unfortunately I'm a picky person. I have a potential exposure 9 weeks ago and I did two combo test, first after 2 weeks and second after 6 weeks and both were negative.
I was get relaxed till I saw this article on the internet which claims that there is a second window period for combo test. Is this article reliable?
If this story is true why there is no other article about it.
I believe in your knowledge and I want to know what I'm supposed to do? Am I supposed to retest on combo test or I have to do another test?

We rely on the opinion of expert doctors and they say 28 days is conclusive for a combo test, so you need to move on from HIV fears.
I can't get into arguing about some article you read and why no other article etc. because the internet is a big place and we will be arguing forever.
Tnx very much  dear friend...
I'm sorry another question:
How doctors (Dr. Hook and dr.hhh...) will see my question?
Do they see my question normally or I'm supposed to tag them or anything like that?
They left long ago.
