Should i move on with my life despite alarming HIV symptoms

i am a 23 years old male, who had unprotected vaginal and anal sex with a woman of unknown HIV status on the 1st of september 2018, 2 weeks later i had flu flike symptoms which are; Fever, extreme fatigue, headache, vertigo ,dizzinesss, nightsweats, diarrhea, swollen lymph nodes in my neck, swollen tonsils, pharyingitis, numb feet and hands and an alarming white coating on tongue,i started worrying about HIV, i lost contact with the woman so there was no way i could confirm her HIV status. furthermore, the symptoms persist for two weeks, until i went to get tested in the capital approximately 30 days post exposition. the doctor reassured me telling me that symtpoms don't show up this early after infection and ordering a 4th generation HIV test, which came back a week later and negative. the symptoms shifted somehow i started experiencing body aches especially on the joints, the white coating on tongue is still persisting even now, i had to confirm the first 30 days negative test since it was too early to jump to conclusions, i had another 4th generation test at 46 days precisely and a rapid test at the same time to appease my worries, after 20 minutes it came back engative and a week later negative as well. it had brought me some relief. but still not conclusive because of all the symptoms i was still experiencing, after my 6 weeks test i started having some skin problems like folliculitis on legs and on my scalp, random pimples on my body that aren't acne, and a measles like rash on my chest that comes and goes it is not itchy though, also my while sleeping my hands are numb and i feel a sort of tingling on my fingers. the problem is it's been nearly four months since the potential infection and i can't test because of my work they sent me to work in the south where there are no HIV clinics whatsoever. i have to wait 20 days until i can get back to the capital where i can test and be assured once for all. i have to add that after 2 weeks of the sexual intrecourse i started stressing and worrying more than supposed the symptoms i have described are indicative of an acute HIV infection, a weak immune system or immense stress. i apologize for writing such a long testimony but i really need help, should i trust in a 30 and 46 days HIV 4th generation test and move on with my life? thank you for taking the time to read it and possibly answer this.

You have conclusively tested negative for HIV.  Your symptoms are not related to HIV.  Please see your doctor for correct diagnosis.

Your idea that there is a 3 month window is outdated, or else you are making it up. Irregardless the window for 4th gen is 4 weeks.
You were advised by mike-no that you tested conclusively negative. It is abnormal to test repeatedly for the same disease so any more testing indicates HIV phobia which requires a therapist to deal with. Your symptoms have nothing to do with HIV, since you can't have HIV and also because HIV CAN'T be diagnosed from symptoms so you shouldn't be wasting your time trying to do that.
You would be better off seeing a therapist, rather than continuing to study your body an doing placebo testing, since the last placebo tests didn't help with your anxiety - which is the only problem you have.
