I had an unprotected vaginal intercourse and HIV Combo test - 31 days post exposure (Non reactive). In the interim I also french kissed another girl. I am in serious stress, when do I need a conclusive test, please advise. Thank you

We are sorry you are still anxious about this. Your initial exposure of unprotected sex was a risk, however, you tested negative for that at 31 days with a DUO test.  As our members have stated, that is, therefore, conclusively negative.  The exposure after the initial one is not a risk as our members have told you.  That does not interfere with your results of the first exposure nor does it warrant further testing.

Please speak to someone about anxiety as this seems to be the true concern here.

Youre combo test which is ag/ab is a 4th gen test. Yes unprotected vaginal sex is a risk, kissing is not.

You tested conclusively negative after 4 weeks . id say no further testing is required. 4Th gen tests are conclusive after 4 weeks . youre hiv negative.

Thank  you - during the 31 day window I also sucked the breasts of a woman of unknown status - I hope this is not a risk. Thank you and sorry will not post any more questions .

No bro , its not a risk . UNPROTECTED SEX ( vaginal and anal) and SHARING SYRINGES ARE THE ONLY RISKS.

Every other sexual activites arent risks

if youre very anxious repeat the tests again, just to alleviate the anxiety.
I hope if you test negative again , you ll prolly calm down like i did
thank you
I have swollen lymph nodes, red in color, at least in three spots post that event. Upper back and on the arms.

Unprotected vaginal intercourse warrants HIV testing. The earliest you could get one for a conclusive is at 28 days with a IV Generation test.

Risk of one time unprotected vaginal exposure in a female to male transmission scenario is relatively lower.

Your partner most likely would have been negative. I strongly feel you are okay.

Thank you so much, just to clarify
1. The episode 15 days back was (French not deep)kissing and sucking of the breasts of a person of unknown status . No penetration and no vaginal contact.

Even though there could be possibilities of secretions is this OKay?
Kissing is not a risk. Testing is not recommended.
thank you. I sincerely appreciate it.

Please be patient with waiting for responses from volunteers. This is not a chat room where you can expect immediate replies. Everyone who answers questions here is a volunteer and provides responses when they are available during their personal free time.

That being said, you've tested conclusively negative with your test and therefore you do not have HIV. Kissing is not a risk for HIV and has never in the history of this disease resulted in an infection. You will not be the first.

My very sincere apologies, I assumed that this thread dropped out of the window hence I tried to promote it , I am so sorry , I was not pushing any volunteer to reply. Again sorry, since it seemed that way.

Sorry for the excess information , please see below.

2. The episode for which I  was tested  (HIV Combo - Non reactive ) 31 days after exposure  , was unprotected vaginal.
