Slight penetration

Few days ago, was making out with a fren. Then he inserted the tip of the head slightly 1cm into the vagina for less than 10secs. How high is the risk?

You have far greater risk of Covid since likely neither you nor he is practicing social distancing all day long.
At this point in time, I would avoid encounters with people you don't live with because of the great risk to you of contracting Covid in which case you might also spread it to your loved ones.
Since you are not social distancing I hope you check out this forum for information on why you should be. https://www.medhelp.org/forums/Coronavirus/show/2203
Your health is your wealth, so I hope you remain healthy to be able to enjoy life. Many infected young Covid patients are under the misunderstanding that they are immune from Covid effects, but some of them will discover that they have lost that wealth because some will develop permanent lung and related heart disfunction.

Prejaculation fluid contains HIV and a very small risk can be associated with this event, if only you have good reasons to suspect that your partner is HIV positive, you can test at 28 days from the date of exposure.

Keep in mind, most people around us are not HIV positive and HIV is a fragile virus.

Thank you! So becoz it was brief & not deep into the tissue.. am I unlikely to be transmitted?
He answered that question fully and only a test can determine a person's status. I would test as per his guideline at 28 or else get your friend to test with a duo 28 days after their last unprotected vaginal or anal encounter (since oral is not a risk he doesn't have to worry about that), but would not worry at all for the next 25 days while waiting to do the test.
Thank you. The anxiety is getting me.
