Been feeling stress and anxiety for the past 2 weeks and realize that due to the anxiety, i experiencing a lot of unnecessary symptoms. Eg, fatigue, wrist pain, headach etc.  after posting on medhelp, i am trying to tell myself not to get so stress up. Try to calm myself and indeed feeling better. Actually reading through Hiv living with forum. I realise actually Hiv is not that scary after all. With proper treatment, able to lead a normal life. I decided to go for a test for my assurance even though i am told no risks:) now i understand actually i am scare of guilt but not hiv. Thanks Medhelp for the great service include Teak and moderator:) i will move on:)
