Spit on Penis HIV Risk?
Hi I received a hand job from an escort today and she spit heavily on my bare penis head once for lubrication. I am so worried on the risk for HIV since my penis head has tiny red spots and abrasion. I am not sure about the presence of blood in her spit. Could you please let me know about my risks here and if I should ask my Doctor for PrEP?
Hello and no, this is not a risk for HIV. Hand jobs do not transmit the virus and her spitting on your hand, her hand your penis or herself or whatever, spit in general will not transmit the virus. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. The only ways adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drugs. No, you do not need Prep and in fact, don't even need to test as you had no risk.

No worries, because you can't get hiv from oral. Studies of infected people in a relationship have proven that the negative partner doesn't get hiv. HIV is effectively instantly dead in air plus also dead in saliva, and the person`s mouth always has those 2 hiv killers in it protecting the negative person from getting hiv via oral. Blood and cuts would not be relevant since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to look for them to be sure that you are safe.
So if you can't get it from oral you can't get it from spit.
