Still confused-HIV Risk

I have asked this question before and was put at ease until I did further research. Heres the scenario: I had a decent size heat rash that covered my stomach that had been bleeding due to me scratching it throughout the day and then at night I hooked up with someone that ejaculated semen on my stomach right where my rash was. I am assuming that the rash was still bleeding while the semen got on my stomach. Is this considered an open wound or broken skin? After five minutes or so I wiped it off if. Do I need to get a HIV test? I do not know if the person was positive or negative.

Thanks for all your evidence and help I am pretty concerned, and confused if I am at a high risk

You cannot get HIV from being exposed to a partner's ejaculate or genital secretions, even if you had a rash, or some kind of break in the integrity of your skin.

Transmission happens INSIDE the body, not outside.  Quit doing "research", you're only going to make yourself more anxious.
