Struggling with HIV and ARS anxiety

Long story short, got very drunk, made the mistake of deciding to have unprotected sex with a CSW in Japan. The duration I am not exactly sure, but I am guessing maybe 10 minutes.  The CSW was from China.  This exposure was almost 6 weeks ago, and I still have yet to get tested.  I have been glued enough looking at support threads here to get a gist and understanding of HIV, and risk, but maybe I just need to hear direct responses.

I know that looking for any symptoms is generally a waste of time, but right now all I can think of is ARS.  If anyone is willing to humor me on a timeline, this is what I have:

First 5 days, maybe 2 or 3, I noticed what I think was enlarged lymph nodes around my ear.  It hurt, and they were hard, but they did shrink when I quit prodding.  They were in that state from what I guestimate to be under 24 hours.
Then I caught a cold, was anxiety free about it for a while.  Never noticed anything with the cold.  Possible slight fever and that fun weird on and off small   soar throat, but nothing out of the normal.

Fast forward to about the beginning of week 5.  I pretty much am over the cold, but the fever may have come back. I honestly am not sure if it was a technical fever.  I just sometimes got hot and the inside of my mouth has felt hot.  The soar throat is back too, but not severe and it is also on and off.  What I have been stressing out major is any sign of a rash.  As far as I know, I don't seem to have any.  The ones I know about are on my arms, and have been there pre exposure.  But I keep focusing on them, and what I see is mostly red skin, some of the parts that may be a rash is maybe not one, but skin pore issues.  I have one small rash that is cluster like, but its in one spot, and I may have actually had it for a while.  Nothing seems to be on my torso, but I did get a couple of red non connected areas.  One keeps appearing and disappearing.  I also notice my skin keeps kind of turning red, but the color goes back to normal later.  Usually, if I can calm down. The only constant is nothing seems to appear on my torso.

If swollen lymph nodes are an issue (I aware I may not know what they are), my ankle area swelled up a bit.  I just noticed by looking, no pain.  I think it's normal now.

So after that long rant (sorry) I guess my question is did any of that resemble ARS?  Does most of this sound like it is in my head?  For as much as I read, hopefully somewhere understand that while I had a risk (relatively high?), that HIV is hard to catch, and odds are I didn't.  But still, I just went on maybe too long of a rant.

Anyone that was willing to read through and give thoughts or advice, thank you very much.

None of that sounds like ARS, and the timing is WAY off.  Get tested any time now with a 4th or 5th generation test for your conclusive result.
